Nduja di Antico Nero £13
Available exclusively from us and something definitely for the connoisseur!
Nduja is a spicy soft meat salami which is a speciality of Calabria, the region which is right at the toe of Italy.
Our Antico Nero D’Aspromonte nduja is even more special! This amazing wild meat is combined with paprika and chilli for a really warming punch of flavour. Use it in all sorts of ways but you can just simply add it to freshly cooked pasta where it will melt down to make a heavenly sauce.

San Felicissimo Olive Oil £18
Organically and sustainably produced at the San Felicissimo family farm near Perugia in Umbria. Run by Carlo, Serena and their daughter Giulia, the farm has a grove of 2,000 trees from which this amazing single-estate, cold pressed oil is made. Really it’s too good to cook with, so use it to make delicious life-enhancing dressings or drizzle it onto a piece of rustic bread.
Size 75cl
About Us
In 2014 Roberto & Fiona combined their skill and passion for Mediterranean food and way of life and created The Gorilla Kitchen – a go-anywhere outdoor pizzeria for fun alfresco eating.
“Starting with great ingredients is everything to us. We source them from artisan producers in Calabria, Umbria and in our home county of Sussex. From a small holding in the far south of Italy we get fragrant wild oregano which has been picked by hand. They also supply our spicy nduja, a soft salami paste, packed with paprika and chilli, which is a speciality of the village of Spillinga.
We now collaborate with the organic family farm, San Felicissimo in Umbria. We use and sell their amazing single-estate organic olive oil and their hand-made salami produced from a small herd of free-range pigs. Using fantastic ingredients and keeping it simple is what it’s about”
